Change Request Status = Closed (epsos-issue-301): Remove CD.EPSOS datatype from epsos:ingredient element
TypeChange RequestStatusChange Request Status = Closed PriorityNormal
Events
Tracking / Status = Closed 2019-04-30 14:31:07: Tracking by Mathias Ghys
Description
Removed ingredient data type
Assignment2019-04-12 15:09:09: Assigned To Mathias Ghys by Mathias Ghys
Tracking / Status = Open 2019-04-12 15:09:08: Tracking by Mathias Ghys
Description
Finding:

We noticed that the schematron validation of the CDA documents raised issues related to the datatype specified for the epsos:ingredient document:

In fact it doesn't make sense to set a CD.EPSOS datatype on the ingredient level, since it's not a coded element.

Suggestion:

- Remove the datatype element

Change Request Status = Closed (epsos-issue-302): Changing medical strength datatype from epsos:PQ to PQ
TypeChange RequestStatusChange Request Status = Closed PriorityNormal
Events
Tracking / Status = Closed 2019-04-30 14:13:04: Tracking by Mathias Ghys
Description
Datatypes adapted
Assignment2019-04-30 12:31:02: Assigned To Mathias Ghys by Mathias Ghys
Tracking / Status = Open 2019-04-30 12:31:01: Tracking by Mathias Ghys
Description
Finding:

- Since a lot of schematron validation errors are thrown because of the epsos:PQ datatype and the epsos:PQ is identical to PQ, it has to be considered to remove the epsos prefix from the datatype for the strength.

Suggestion:

- Set the datatype of the numerator/denominator strength elements to PQ

Description
Finding:

Assignment2019-09-09 16:10:42: Assigned To Mathias Ghys by Mathias Ghys
Tracking / Status = Open 2019-09-09 16:10:41: Tracking by Mathias Ghys
Description
Finding:

By loading the CDA IG release in the Gazelle EVS client, we discovered that this is causing schema validation issues.

We could fix them by adapting the extended XSD schema, but this will have an impact for the implementing countries, which we don't want to introduce at this moment in time.

A task will be created to consider the change of the epSOS extended XSD schema towards the pharm profile of HL7. This will also solve this issue.

Link to JIRA issue: https://ec.europa.eu/cefdigital/tracker/projects/EHSEMANTIC/issues/EHSEMANTIC-458

Suggestion:

- Revert the fix
