Cryptogenic organizing pneumonia (COP) is a form of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia (see this term) characterized pathologically by organizing pneumonia (OP) that presents with non-specific flu-like symptoms, as well as cough and dyspnea and where no etiological agent is found.
