Multicentric osteolysis-nodulosis-arthropathy (MONA) spectrum is a rare genetic chronic skeletal disorder characterized by peripheral osteolysis (especially carpal and tarsal bones), interphalangeal joint erosions, subcutaneous fibrocollagenous nodules, facial dysmorphism, and a wide range of associated manifestations.
