Type III mixed cryoglobulinemia, a relatively rare clinico-serological subtype of mixed cryoglobulinemia (MC, see this term), is an immune complex disorder characterized by purpura, weakness and arthralgia and defined immunochemically by cryoglobulins containing both polyclonal IgGs and polyclonal IgMs.
