The number of packages are available in the corresponding path ('entry/substanceAdministration[templateId/[@root='1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.10.1.3.1.3.2']/entryRelationship[@typeCode='COMP']/ supply[@moodCode= 'RQO' and independentInd/@value='false']/quantity').
Also the patient instructions are available in the contained eHDSI Patient Medication Instructions template.

  • Add the required element R4.8, Number of packages (Number of Packages) ( entry/substanceAdministration[templateId/[@root='1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.10.1.3.1.3.2']/entryRelationship[@typeCode='COMP']/ supply[@moodCode= 'RQO' and independentInd/@value='false']/quantity)
This is indicated as "ALL DONE"
