- From the discussion with dr. Christof Gessner: If we look into the expand documentation, we noticed that the formCode has to have cardinality 1 .. 1 and conformance R for ePrescription and eDispensation. However, for PatientSummary, the formCode has to have cardinality 0 .. 1 and be optional. Since this template is reused in all document templates (eP, eD, PS) we should make the element optional.This won't have any impact on the document validation, since eP/eD messages will still be valid (there is just the relaxation of the constraint)
