Description
Finding:

- We noticed there is no binding in the CDA IG to the epSOSAllergenNoDrugs value set.

Within the Allergies And Intolerances section, we have the participant that is the allergen - the substance that caused the allergy.

Within the CDA template, this info can be found in the participantRole/participantEntity code element

Suggestion:

- Add the binding and modify the cardinality/conformance to 1 .. 1 /R
