Description
Finding:

- During the gap analysis of the CEN IPS vs eHDSI CDA IGs, it was noticed that the hl7:name element has a conformance of R (required). This allows us to set it to a nullFlavor value. According to  Giorgio CANGIOLI  it is a type and it should be changed to M (mandatory) since the given and family subelements are mandatory and have to be filled in according to the specifications.

Suggestion:

- Change conformance from R to M
