Description
Finding:

At the moment, in the CDA IGs, the effectiveTime element has the datatype TS, with a cardinality of 1 ... * and conformance R. This has to be changed to IVL_TS, with a cardinality of 1 ... 1.

Suggestion:

Suggestion is to take the IPS CDA IG as an inspiration
