Description
Finding:

- At the moment, in the SubstanceAdministration template (https://art-decor.ehdsi.eu/art-decor/decor-templates--epsos-?id=1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.10.1.3.1.3.2) the use of the different possible data types:

  • TS
  • PIVL_TS
  • EIVL_TS
  • SXPR_TS

is explained in the description. But there are no bindings provided to the dedicated value set (epSOSTimingEvent) in the case of the EIVL_TS datatype.

Suggestion:

- It might be a good idea to align it with the format used by the IPS: http://international-patient-summary.net/mediawiki/index.php?title=2.16.840.1.113883.10.21.4.6

Further explanation:

- Approved during the semantic STF Arch WG meeting from 4/12/2019: https://ec.europa.eu/cefdigital/wiki/x/9gEpCg
