Description
Finding:

- A proposed modification to the CDA IGs from CP-eHealthDSI-018 (https://ec.europa.eu/cefdigital/wiki/x/gaxUAw) was the following:

"In the template http://art-decor.org/art-decor/decor-templates--epsos-?id=1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.10.1.3.1.2.2 of the    Section Dispensation alter the cardinality of the elementhl7:section/hl7:entry from 1...* to 1...1."

Suggestion:

- Currently the cardinality is still 1...*, but it has to be changed to 1...1
