Description
Finding:

- It is noticed that different versions of a same template have the status 'active' in ART-DECOR. This is confusing in the documentation and also for the generation of the Schematron validation rules.

Suggestion:

- Set all the older template statuses to status 'retired' and set only the latest version to 'active'
