Description
Finding:

- Currently, for all the document level templates, the description and Schematron assert is wrong:

Document Language Code
- The language code SHALL be in the form nn-CC.
- The nn portion SHALL be an ISO-639-1 language code in lower case derived by the Value Set epSOSLanguage.
- The CC portion SHALL be an ISO-3166 country code in upper case derived by the value Set epSOSCountry.

Where the Language Code has to come from the eHDSILanguage value set.

Since the languageCode is bound to the eHDSILanguage value set, also the schematron assert can be removed.

Suggestion:

- Modify the description and remove the schematron assert.

Further explanation:

- Link to corresponding JIRA issue: https://ec.europa.eu/cefdigital/tracker/browse/EHSEMANTIC-657
