This issue can be closed since it is fixed by the implementation of CP-041 in CDA IG v5.0.0 release.

Finding:

- Currently the hl7:id and hl7:text are not aligned with the eHDSI Simple Observation template. This could lead to confusion.

Suggestion:

- Make hl7:id [1..1] M and hl7:text [1..1] M
