Description
Finding:

- The statusCode for a Blood Group observation has a fixed value of completed. The current datatype of this element is CD, which requires next to a code value also a value for the codeSystem.

In all other templates the statusCode has the datatype CS, which is much better suited to represent the completed value.

This problem is detected by the Schematron validation.

Suggestion:

- Change the datatype from CD to CS
