Description
Finding:

- For this template, the LOINC code element is defined differently than for other templates. Although it is mentioned that the hl7:code must be present, this is not reflected by the specification.

Suggestion:

- Align the code specification with the other templates. Change the datatype from CD to CE.EPSOS and set the @code and @codeSystem to fixed values like in this section level template.
