Description
Finding:

- In the PS and eP functional requirements, the first and the last name of a patient are specified as part of the basic dataset (mandatory for the PS). Currently the first and the last name are set to mandatory, but there is the possibility to provide a nullFlavor for the enclosing hl7:name element, which is in conflict with the requirements.

Suggestion:

- Proposed solution is to set the enclosing hl7:name element to mandatory.
