Description
Finding:

- The HL7 Pharmacy group discovered a flaw in the XML Schema Definitions. A few elements were missing and are added in the new XML Schema definitions.

These also need to be added to the CDA Template Definitions.
Also the CDA Display Tool needs to be adapted accordingly.
