Description
Finding:

- It was reported by CZ that there is a problem with the eHDSI Comment template definition.

According to the XML Schema Definitions (XSD), fo an Act element, the text element has to come in between the code element and the statusCode element:

But this is not defined accordingly in the CDA IGs:

This has to be aligned. This issue can be seen here:
