- Feedback received from eP Cluster: 

Regarding the phrasing in Art-Decor, we prefer the last suggestion "In the case a substitution occurred, an entry relationship MUST be present to inform when a substitution occurred." That way the text both establishes that this is a must, but a conditional must.
