As an outcome from JIRA issue EHSEMANTIC-322, approved by the architecture group, it was confirmed that we can delete the issues related to changes in the Word version of the specifications (which are discontinued)

Description
Requirement 1.10.7 in "epSOS_D3.9.1_Appendix_B1_B2_Implementation_v1.4_20110725.pdf" has card 0..*. This is not possible. It must be 0..1. Also the description of that specialty should be something like "the relevant speciality of the HP in relation to this serviceEvent or when authoring the document." Any given HP may have multiple specialities, but only 1 is relevant given the context.
