Description
Finding:

- In the Gazelle validators I noticed the error that "in epSOS-ePrescription, /hl7:ClinicalDocument[hl7:templateId/@root='1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.10.1.3.1.1.1']/hl7:recordTarget/hl7:patientRole/hl7:patient SHALL contain at least ONE hl7:languageCommunication.

This is correct with relation to the current definition in ART-DECOR, but not correct with relation to the former EXPAND documentation.
I verified in the CDA specifications: http://www.cdapro.com/know/27255 and also there is is said to be optional.

Suggestion:

- Change the cardinality from 1 ... * to 0 ... *

Description
Finding:

From the functional requirements, the family/first name of a patient is mandatory. But if in ART-DECOR the parent element (name) allows a nullFlavor, there is the possibility to have a valid CDA document without providing the family/first name of a patient.

Suggestion:

- Change the conformance from R to M
