- We noticed that the schematron validation of the CDA documents raised issues related to the datatype specified for the epsos:ingredient document:
In fact it doesn't make sense to set a CD.EPSOS datatype on the ingredient level, since it's not a coded element.
- Remove the datatype element
-
- Since a lot of schematron validation errors are thrown because of the epsos:PQ datatype and the epsos:PQ is identical to PQ, it has to be considered to remove the epsos prefix from the datatype for the strength.
- Set the datatype of the numerator/denominator strength elements to PQ
- At the moment, the Art-Decor based validator does not allow for the usage of UCUM annotations and only allows for the unit to be from the value set 1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.10.1.3.1.42.16

- Remove the value set constraint
- Add descriptions to strength and package size to reflect CP -25Link to JIRA issue: https://ec.europa.eu/cefdigital/tracker/browse/EHSEMANTIC-414
- eHMSEGs decision is to reject the CP-19, but to update the examples from Art-Décor to describe the scenarios from this CP. Link to JIRA issue: https://ec.europa.eu/cefdigital/tracker/browse/EHSEMANTIC-455
- modify the description and add the examples
- By loading the CDA IG release in the Gazelle EVS client, we discovered that this is causing schema validation issues.
We could fix them by adapting the extended XSD schema, but this will have an impact for the implementing countries, which we don't want to introduce at this moment in time.
A task will be created to consider the change of the epSOS extended XSD schema towards the pharm profile of HL7. This will also solve this issue. Link to JIRA issue: https://ec.europa.eu/cefdigital/tracker/projects/EHSEMANTIC/issues/EHSEMANTIC-458
- Revert the fix
