Description

In the ePrescription, ePrescription PDF and eDispensation templates, the guardian element's description mentions the use of the participant structure, but the latter is not part of these templates.

Other patient contacts are described using the /ClinicalDocument/participant structure.

This may have been a result of some copy-paste.
